1 rattlesnake, cut into sections
2 bell peppers(red and orange), cut into slices
1 red onion, cut into 5 – 8 sections

Place snake meat onto a metal skewer with bell pepper and onions, alternate the vegetables between the meat. Place skewers over an open flame. Cook for about 15 – 20 minutes rotating halfway every 3 – 5 minutes.
